The Traveller in Me: A Trip to Lotulim

Lotolim is located in the South of Goa accessible from the Cortalim junction, from Margao via Ria and from Ponda through the Borim Bridge. Now, this tiny village has the Zuari floating by it and you can be assured of some fresh fresh while you are here.

Ribander is located in the north of Goa and is a 15 minute drive from the Panjim Bustand. Located on the banks of the river Mandovi, this area is a scenic drive getting to old Goa. Although development along the route bordering the Mandovi is limited due to space restrictions, it’s the Ribander plateau that is picking up a lot of interest.

The Ribander Plaetue is connected with the new bypass that leads to Old and Ponda. Development was slow over the years, but it was it in the last 3-4 years where development has picked up.  Townships are being developed,  with hundreds of apartments and villas already being 80%-90% complete. Raheja developers have constructed plenty of villas and Milcroc is a massive project of around 300-400 flats.

These are early and clear signs of a new suburb sprouting in the next few years. Considering the fact that the suburbs around Panjim, like Caranzalem, Dona- Paula, Porvorim and Taligao have already being congested along with prices hitting the maximum.

Considering an investment has a lot of potential to it mainly due to the fact that local buyers are showing keen interest in buying here. Shopping Malls and Cinemas plans are active as well and the availability of space is more than sufficient.

Villa De Suenos at Arpora: A Review

Nested in the lovely village of Arpora, this villas was constructed by its owners 2 years ago and they have now transformed the place into a gorgeous holiday home make the ideal setting for a villa for your holiday. The villa reflects the Portuguese influence left behind on Goa that is seen in every room of the house. Designed and set up a team of architects from Eadus this villa has a fine detailing leading back to the Portuguese era.

Stay at Georgian home in Candolim: A review

Finding a luxury villa in Candolim isn’t as difficult as people make it seem. You can get a pretty grand one for about 13k a night.

We are referring to a three bedroom villa that can accommodate seven guests. If you have children, there are a few additional rules but can accommodate a few more.

The villa has a swimming pool, and is well located, around beach shacks, restaurants and within walking distance of the beach.

The master bedroom is perfectly sculpted following the maharaja style, with nice comfortable bedspreads and mattresses.

You can find a lot of other amenities in the villa as well. You just have to look around.

Unfortunately, you usually have to book the villa out for a minimum of three days. If you happen to enter tourist season, than you have to book it out for around a week.

It has junior master bedrooms and twin bedrooms, with smaller beds as compared to the master bedroom but comfortable and more than accommodating all the same.
